Supreme displays 1,200kV model

One of the attractions of Elecrama 2012 that concluded
recently in Mumbai was the display of 1,200kV equipment by
Supreme & Co. The Kolkata-headquartered company put up a
1,200kV National Test Station model that was appreciated by
dignitaries including R.N. Nayak, CMD, Power Grid Corporation
of India Ltd and Ramesh Chandak, President, IEEMA. Apart from
1,200kV gear, Supreme had on display 765kV and 400kV hardware,
clamps and connectors, OPGW hardware, smart metering
infrastructure, polymer insulators, solar PV monitoring solutions,
etc. Supreme, a leading player in the field of power transmission &
distribution systems up to 1,200kV, got a unique opportunity to
engage in wide ranging interactions with experts, consultants,
utilities and EPC contractors at Elecrama 2012, the biggest power
T&D expo, organised by IEEMA.
