Arise India Ltd has introduced the ‘Challenger’ single stage self-priming monoset pump. In an official release, the company said that the clear cold water pump generates a power of 0.37 kw (0.5HP) on a full load current of 3 amp. Running on speeds of 2800 rpm, its Class-B insulation works on a capacitor of 10mfd and delivers complete output on a power supply of 240V/50Hz. The Challenger monoset pump has a suction lift of 8 metres with the suction and delivery pipe range of 25mm each.
