Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd, Vadodara, has received an order for supplying 3,216 km of ACSR Moose conductors from Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. The conductors will be used for the 400V D/C Quad Krishnapatnam-Nellore transmission line and the 400kV D/C Quad Krishnapatnam-Gooty transmission line, both associated with the transmission system of the Krishnapatnam ultra mega power project in Andhra Pradesh. The 85.37- crore order is to be executed over the next 18 months. Meanwhile, the company has also received an order from Gayatri Projects Ltd, to supply 2,368 km of power conductors.

Following these orders, the company's order book position stood at 1,650 crore, as of March 14, 2011.
