assumed charge as
the new Chairman &
Managing Director
of Power Grid
Corporation of India
Ltd. He succeeds S.K. Chaturvedi. Nayak
has over 33 years of work experience in
the power sector. He has worked for more
than 20 years in PGCIL and has handled
multi-disciplinary functions like
engineering, corporate quality assurance
and inspection, load dispatch &
communication, grid management,
contracts management, telecom,
operation & maintenance, commercial as
well as human resource management.
