Indian Electrical & Electronics
Manufacturers' Association (IEEMA), the
apex body for the Indian power equipment
manufacturing industry, announced the
election of Ramesh Chandak as President,
IEEMA for the year 2011-12. Ramesh
Chandak takes over from Vimal Mahendru.
Apart from heading KEC International
Ltd, Ramesh Chandak is also a member
on the Management Board of the RPG
Group. Beside his association with
IEEMA, Ramesh Chandak is active in
various national and international forums
for promoting the Indian industry. He has
served the Executive Council of IEEMA
for more than nine years and has been
part of the Organizing Committee of the
hugely successful and the world's largest
T&D Power & Allied Equipment
Exhibition-Elecrama.
