introduction of the O5100 mobile
computer, an entry level product specially
designed for end users in the Asia Pacific
(APAC) region. The
O5100 expands
Honeywell's mobile
computer portfolio and
fills a gap within the lowto-
middle market
segments. Its compact
design, versatile data
collection, and flexible
communication make it
ideal for in-premise
applications including price look-up,
inventory management, customer
assistance, and merchandising, an official
release noted.
Designed with ergonomics in mind, this
pocket-sized mobile computer features an
angled engine-laser or imaging-that allows
users to view the screen while scanning a
bar code. The 2.4" QVGA color touch screen
option enhances the user experience for
Microsoft® Windows® CE 5.0 operating
system based graphical applications.
