Maharashtra State Electricity
Transmission Company, under the
guidance of Chairman & Managing
Director Arvind Singh, IAS, participated
in National Award for Innovative Training
Practices instituted by Indian Society
for Training & Development (ISTD),
New Delhi.
MSETCL was among other companies
who participated in this award and was
shortlisted on the basis of literature
submitted on Innovative Training
Practices which are carried out in the
company. The in-charge, Executive
Director (HR), S. D. Sone along with
General Manager (HR), Sugat Gamare,
presented training work carried out in the
company before the distinguished jury
panel and also gave satisfactory
response to the jury's interrogation in
validation to their claim.
The company was adjudged for
Special Commendation Award at the
National level for Innovative Training
Practices by ISTD, New Delhi. MSETCL
collected this award at the Awards
Presentation Ceremony on January 21,
2012 at Kolkata.
