Numeric Power Systems is now Swelect Energy

Numeric Power Systems Ltd has been renamed Swelect Energy
Systems Ltd following the sale of its UPS business. The
formalities of transfer of the UPS business to Novateur Electricity &
Digital Systems Pvt Ltd were completed on May 29. Swelect Energy
will now focus on solar energy-related products.
Novateur Electricity & Digital Systems Pvt Ltd, formerly Indo Asian
Electric Pvt Ltd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Legrand. Legrand, it
may be mentioned has acquired the switchgear business of Indo
Asian Fusegear Ltd (now known as EON Electric Ltd.)
